It's often amazing how some people value their art when it comes to their expectations as to what they are worth. Saw an interesting article about pricing paintings today. It suggested that initially you should price your paintings very low as it is better to get them out there than to have an attic full of pictures. When you are selling them faster than you can paint them then you should put the price up. When you are selling them at the rate that you are painting them then you have hit your point in the market.
